Number Of Ingredients 4

4 c chopped vidalia onions
24 oz cream cheese, softened
2 c freshly grated parmesan
1/2 c mayo

Steps:

  • Pat the onions with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Combine the onions, cream cheese, parm and mayo in a bowl and mix well. Spoon into a pie plate or quiche pan. Bake @ 425 degrees for 15 minutes until golden brown. It is REALLY HOT when it comes out, so be careful!
