The souffle was a little bit dry, but the flavor was still good. I would recommend using more milk or cream next time to make it more moist.

The souffle was a bit too dense for my liking, but the flavor was good. I would recommend using more egg whites next time to make it lighter.

The souffle was a little bit too eggy for my taste, but overall it was still a good dish. I would recommend using less eggs next time.
