VERY UNUSUAL PEANUT BUTTER SANDWICH
This is an unusual peanut butter sandwich that comes from New Orleans ancestors. We also have the ingredients on crackers. I grew up eating these sandwiches and crackers, my mother told me that her father made them for her... and his father made them for him... It sounds strange... but is actually very good!

Steps:
- 1. Gently spread a thin layer of peanut butter over two slices of bread. Next spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the peanut butter.
- 2. Very thinly slice an onion and place the slices over the peanut butter and mayonnaise on the bread.
- 3. You can put the two pieces of bread together or have them as "open face" sandwiches. Cut on a diagonal and serve.
