Very Good Meatloaf With No Fillers, Eggs or Bread Crumbs image

We have always made this meatloaf as long as I can remember. When I tell people that we don't use fillers they always ask if it falls apart. It does not. You have to let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting. Sometimes I put in cheddar cheese.

This meatloaf was a bit dry for my taste. I think I'll try adding some more moisture next time, maybe some grated vegetables or a cup of broth.

I found this meatloaf to be a bit bland. I think it could have used more seasoning.

This meatloaf was a bit dry for my taste, but I think that was because I didn't use enough ketchup. Next time, I'll add an extra 1/4 cup.
