Venezuelan Guasacaca image

Try this instead of the usual Mexican guacamole... I edited the original recipe that I found to reflect my personal tastes. Use whichever pepper makes you happiest & as much as you like. I prefer my onion grated vs. eating chunks of raw onion. Use your best olive oil in this, too. Enjoy!

This guasacaca was okay, but I've had better. I think it needed more cilantro and onion.

I was disappointed with this recipe. The guasacaca was bland and lacked flavor. I think it needed more salt and lime juice.

This guasacaca was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I think that's because I used a hotter pepper than the recipe called for. Other than that, it was delicious.

I followed the recipe exactly and the guasacaca turned out great. It was creamy, flavorful, and the perfect consistency. I will definitely be making this again.

I'm not usually a fan of guasacaca, but this recipe changed my mind. The combination of flavors was perfect, and the cilantro really made it pop. I'll definitely be making this again.
