This stir-fry is a great way to use up leftover tofu. I always have a block of tofu in my fridge, so this is a go-to recipe for me.

The tofu was a bit too soft for my liking, but the vegetables were cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious.

This stir-fry was a bit too oily for my taste, but the flavors were good. I think I would try it again with less oil next time.

This recipe was easy to follow and the stir-fry turned out great! The tofu was nice and crispy and the vegetables were cooked just right. The sauce was a little bland for my taste, but that's easily fixed with a little extra soy sauce or Sriracha.
