Vegetable Casserole image

An easy to make, delicious dish that even cheese haters love. The French fried onions are the final, crispy touch.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 bag(s) (16 ounce) frozen, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, thawed and drained
1 can(s) (10 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
1 c shredded cheddar or mozzarella or swiss cheese
1/3 c sour cream
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can(s) (2 7/8 ounce) french fried onions

Steps:

  • 1. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 cup French fried onions.
  • 2. Pour into a shallow casserole.
  • 3. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions across top. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
