Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 cup unsweetened soy yogurt
3/4 cup unbleached cane sugar
1/2 cup mild-tasting oil or 1/2 cup margarine, melted and returned to room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • With a stand mixer or handheld, beat the soy yogurt and sugar together until well incorporated. Add the oil (or melted and cooled margarine) and vanilla, mix well. I love these pizzelle! They're so crispy and flavorful. I always have to make a double batch because they disappear so quickly.
