Vegan Lemon-Tahini Dressing image

Makes two cups of delicious Lebanese-inspired dressing.

1 cup lemon juice
½ cup olive oil
8 tablespoons tahini
6 cloves garlic cloves, pressed
1 tablespoon coarse salt

Steps:

  • Combine lemon juice, olive oil, and tahini in a jar with a lid. Close and shake vigorously until combined. Press garlic into the dressing using a garlic press. Season with salt and shake well.
