VEGAN BANANA OAT COOKIES image

2 1/2 cups oats
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 Tablespoons canola oil or soy milk
3/4 cups chopped toasted walnut pieces
3 large ripe bananas, mashed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Mash bananas with a fork, add all the ingredients together. From dough into balls on cookies sheet, press to flatten slightly. Bake for 8 minutes, flatten slightly more, rotate cookie sheet and bake 8 more minutes.
