This is a vegan version of an easy family favorite. Always a hit, even with picky eaters. Especially nice with whipped cream, ice cream, or Tofutti®.

This apple crisp is a great make-ahead dessert. I often make it the night before and then just pop it in the oven when I'm ready to serve it.

This apple crisp is a great way to use up leftover apples. I always have a few apples lying around, and this is a great way to use them up before they go bad.

This recipe was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's because I used a sweeter variety of apples. Next time I'll try using a more tart apple to balance out the sweetness.
