- Mix oats, almond butter and honey in a large bowl.
- Add almonds and vanilla. Mix.
- Place bowl in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, or until the mixture has solidified.
- Mold mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
