Steps:
- Mix dry ingrediants with butter to form soft crumbs, stir in milk.
- drop onto cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 450 degrees.
- Chill cream and whip until soft peaks are formed, stir in sour cream and vanilla flavoring.
- Carefully cut shortbread in half once cooled, layer whipped cream and strawberries inside.
