Valentine Shortbread Cookies image

Another Valentine delectable! These are fun to make and sooo good to eat! I love the richness of the cookie with the chocolate icing. They are also very pretty on a plate once they're all decorated. Great for a Valentine party!

The cookies didn't turn out quite as I expected. The dough was a bit too dry and the cookies were a bit crumbly. I think I might have overmixed the dough.

These cookies were a bit too sweet for my taste, but they were still enjoyable. I think I would reduce the amount of sugar next time.
