1 1/2 lbs potatoes (about 2)
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Wash and pat dry the potatoes. Cut into 1/4" thick strips. Put the potatoes in a bowl and toss with dressing and Parmesan cheese.
  • Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Spray with Pam.
  • Bake 12 minutes. Turn over and bake 12 minutes more or until golden brown.
