This is a very basic meatloaf, but I am posting it in honor of my Uncle Dee, who passed away recently at the age of 79. It was his favorite meatloaf. Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Mix together thoroughly the ground beef, oats, eggs, onion, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and 1/4 cup catsup.
- 3. Pack into a loaf pan, and cover the top with the remaining 1/4 cup catsup. Bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
