I've never been a huge fan of fried fish, but this batter has changed my mind. It's so light and crispy, and it doesn't make the fish greasy at all.

This batter is amazing! I've used it on cod, haddock, and flounder, and it's always come out perfectly crispy and golden brown. The fish stays moist and flaky on the inside, and the batter is light and airy.
