Ultimate Mayonnaise Cake image

Moist, rich and sinful. Mayonnaise is used instead of eggs and oil, and chocolate chips give it that 'decadent' touch.

This cake is a great way to use up leftover mayonnaise. It's also a very budget-friendly recipe. I love that it's not too sweet, and the tangy flavor of the mayonnaise is a nice touch.

I'm not a huge fan of mayonnaise, but I decided to give this recipe a try anyway. I was pleasantly surprised! The cake was moist and fluffy, and the mayonnaise flavor was very subtle. I would definitely make this cake again.

I had some trouble getting the cake to rise properly. I think I might have overmixed the batter. Other than that, the cake was delicious. I loved the tangy flavor of the mayonnaise.

This cake was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's just a matter of personal preference. The texture was great, and the frosting was delicious. I would definitely make this cake again, but I would use a less sweet frosting.

I was skeptical about using mayonnaise in a cake, but I'm so glad I tried this recipe. The cake was surprisingly light and fluffy, with a moist crumb. The mayonnaise adds a subtle richness that really complements the other flavors.
