UGLY DUCKLING CAKE
Steps:
- 1. Combine cake mix, fruit, 1 1/3 cups of coconut and eggs. Blend and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
- 2. Bring butter, sugar, and milk to boil and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in remaining coconut. Spoon over warm cake. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream.
- 3. If you use cake mix with pudding adjust recipe to 3 eggs and 1/3 cup oil.
