I've made this dish several times now and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The miso poaching liquid infuses the tilapia with so much flavor, and the udon noodles are the perfect complement.

This udon noodle dish was a hit with my family! The miso-poached tilapia was so flavorful and flaky, and the udon noodles were cooked perfectly. The broth was also very tasty, with a nice balance of flavors.
