TWO-MINUTE MICROWAVE FUDGE image

I thought this was a neat recipe to make!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 lb powdered sugar
2/3 c cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c margarine or butter
1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Sift powdered sugar, cocoa, and salt into a 1 quart microwave safe bowl. Stir in milk and vanilla. Mix well. Place butter or margarine on top.
  • 2. Microwave on high, 2 minutes. Beat with wooden spoon until smooth. Stir in nuts (OPTIONAL). Spread in 8 X 8 X 2 inch baking pan.
  • 3. Chill about 1 hour or until firm. Cut into pieces
