Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350^. Spray the bottom only of a 9x13 inch glass baking dish;set aside. Empty orange sliced in small bowl;and using kitchen scissors cut up the orange slices.
- 2. Empty the cake mix into a medium glass bowl. Next empty the cut up orange pieces and all the juice in with the dry cake mix(it will foam a bit-that's good). Stir with a spatula to get all the cake mix incorporated;Scooping from bottom to top: if desired add 1 teaspoon of your favorite extract(I used rum extract)
- 3. Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes then place on cooling rack..delicious with a scoop of ice cream or whipped topping.
