I'm not a huge fan of cheese, but I really enjoyed this fondue. It was light and airy, and the bread was perfectly crispy.

This fondue is a great way to use up leftover cheese. I always have a few odds and ends of cheese in my fridge, and this is the perfect way to use them up.

The fondue was a bit too thick for my taste, but I just added a little bit of milk and it was perfect. I also added a few drops of truffle oil and it gave it a really nice flavor.
