I was a bit skeptical about making these cookies because I'm not a big fan of caramel. But I'm so glad I tried them! The caramel is perfectly balanced with the chocolate and shortbread. These cookies are now one of my favorites.

These Turtle Shortbread Cookies were a hit! They were so easy to make and turned out perfectly. The shortbread was buttery and crumbly, and the caramel and chocolate layers were rich and decadent. I will definitely be making these again.
