A bit of cardamom gives this dessert its exotic flavor. The pudding needs to chill about five hours before serving, so be sure to plan ahead. From: Bon Appétit,Every-Night Cooking, February 2006

This pudding was a bit too coffee-flavored for my taste, but I think that's just a personal preference. The texture was great, though.

This was my first time making Turkish coffee pudding, and it turned out really well! I used a dark roast coffee and the pudding had a deep, rich flavor. I also added a bit of cardamom, which gave it a nice warm spice. I will definitely be making this
