Time 55m

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/4 c boiling water
4 Tbsp margrine or butter melted
4 c prepared stuffing mix
2 c cooked broccoli cuts
2 c cubed cooked turkey
1 can(s) condensed cream of celery soup undiluted
1/2 c milk
1 c shredded chedar cheese
YOU MAY USE LEFT OVER STUFFING (HEATED THROUGH) I USE FROZEN BROCCOLI NORMANDY VEGETABLES, THAWED I DO NOT COOK THE VEGETABLES.

Steps:

  • 1. If using boxed stuffing prepare using boiling water and margarine, add stuffing mix and toss gently to mix.
  • 2. spoon into a 2 qt shallow baking dish. ( I use my 13x9 pan). Arrange broccoli and turkey over stuffing. In a small bowl mix soup, milk and half of the cheese. Pour over broccoli and turkey. Sprinkle remaining cheese over soup mixture. If you have a can of onion rings you may sprinkle those on top as well. Makes a wonderful filling and tasty dish.
  • 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or till hot.

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfectly. I'm not sure why some people had problems with it.

This recipe was a disaster! The sauce curdled and the stuffing was dry.

I found the recipe to be a bit bland. I added some extra spices and it turned out much better.

This dish was a bit too rich for my taste, but it was still good.
