Sometimes I use baked squares of thawed puff pastry instead of toast. The puff pastry bakes up flaky and crispy. Phyl Broich-Wessling, Garner, Iowa

I've made this sandwich many times and it's always a hit. The combination of avocado, bacon, and turkey is perfect. I like to add a little bit of arugula for some extra flavor.

I'm not a big fan of turkey sandwiches, but this one was actually really good. The avocado and bacon add a lot of flavor and the bread is toasted perfectly. I'll definitely be making this again.

This sandwich is a great way to use up leftover turkey. I always make a big batch of turkey on Thanksgiving and then use the leftovers to make sandwiches, soup, and pot pie. This sandwich is especially good with cranberry sauce.

I love this turkey sandwich! It's so easy to make and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I usually add a little bit of Dijon mustard to the mayo for an extra kick. Yum!

This sandwich was just okay. The avocado was too mushy and the bacon was overcooked. I wouldn't make this again.

This sandwich was a hit with my family! The kids loved the avocado and bacon, and I appreciated the fact that it was a healthier alternative to a traditional sandwich. We'll definitely be making this again.

I made this sandwich for lunch today and it was so good! The flavors all go so well together and the avocado adds a really nice creaminess. I will definitely be making this again.
