Turkey Salad Sandwiches image

Turkey combined with dried cranberries with a creamy dressing...all served on a croissant. This is my favorite sandwich and I look forward to the leftover turkey from holidays just so I can enjoy this sandwich. Cook time represents the chill time.

I've tried many turkey salad sandwich recipes before, but this one is by far the best. The addition of the celery and grapes gives it a nice crunch and sweetness, and the mayonnaise dressing is perfectly balanced. I served it on toasted whole wheat b
