2 teaspoons ground cumin
Chipotle Mayonnaise, for serving (optional)

These burgers are a great way to use up leftover turkey or pork. I always have some leftover turkey from Thanksgiving, and these burgers are the perfect way to use it up. They're also a great way to get your kids to eat turkey.

I served these burgers with a side of grilled pineapple, and it was a perfect combination. The sweetness of the pineapple complemented the savory flavor of the burgers.

I made these burgers in the oven instead of on the grill, and they turned out great. I just cooked them at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes, or until they were cooked through.

I'm not a fan of the taste of turkey, so I used all pork in my burgers. They were still very good, but I think I might prefer them with a combination of turkey and pork next time.

I made these burgers with ground chicken instead of turkey and pork, and they were still really good. I think you could use any type of ground meat in this recipe.

I found that these burgers were a bit too spicy for my liking. I think I'll reduce the amount of chili powder next time.

These burgers were a little dry for my taste. I think I might add some more moisture next time, like maybe some grated zucchini or applesauce.
