Steps:
- Combine turkey, macaroni, cheese, celery, green onions and pimiento. Blend together mayonnaise, mustard, milk, salt and pepper. Toss with turkey mixture. Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors. Sauté nuts in butter. To serve, arrange lettuce on individual plates, spoon turkey mixture into center and sprinkle with nuts.
