3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted
1/3 celery, chopped
1/3 medium carrot, grated
2 green onions, snipped
2 (6 ounce) cans light chunk tuna in water, drained and flaked
8 slices tomatoes

Steps:

  • Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add walnuts, celery, carrot, and green onions, mix well. Add tuna and mix evenly. Serve mounded over tomato slices. Garnish with shredded parmesan if desired.
