Tuna-Noodle Casserole (Betty Crocker) Recipe - (3.2/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 11

4 oz medium noodles (3 C)
1 C chopped celery
1/4 C chopped onion
2 T butter
2 t flour
1 11 oz can cream of mushroom
1 jar mushrooms
3/4 C milk
1 can large tuna
1/4 C pimento
1/4 C parm cheese

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 Cook noodles and set aside. In a saucepan cook celery and onion in butter till tender. Blend in the flour and soup. Add milk. Cook til mixture is thickened and bubbly. Stir in tuna, pimiento, and the noodles. Put in a casserole and sprinkle the parm cheese over top. Bake, uncovered, in oven to 20 -25 minutes.
