This casserole was delicious! I used a can of cream of celery soup instead of cream of mushroom soup and it was still great. I also added a handful of chopped fresh parsley to the casserole before baking and it gave it a nice pop of flavor.

I've made this casserole twice now and it's a keeper! It's easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser. I like to add a little bit of extra cheese to the top for an even cheesier crust.

This tuna casserole was a hit with my family! The flavors of the tuna, cashews, and vegetables blended perfectly. I also loved the crispy topping. It was a great way to use up leftover tuna.
