Tropical Smoothie image

One of our favourite morning pick-me-up smoothies. We sometimes also add 3-4 tablespoons of vanilla whey protein or a couple tablespoons ground flax seed. For an added nutritional boost I'll add kale or fresh baby spinach too.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 medium mango, peeled & cut off the pit
2 medium bananas
1/2 cup pineapple juice (or orange juice)
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup balkan yogurt

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
