These are refreshing, great at dinner parties, perfect in the summer, I guarantee you will love them.

1/4 lb thinly sliced prosciutto
1 large mangoes or 1 large papaya, peeled, pitted and seeded and cut into 12 pieces
12 medium strawberries

Steps:

  • wrap prosciutto around mango and strawberries.
  • secure with tooth picks.
  • serve on a plate.
