This yummy milkshake with tropical fruit is like a pina colada, but with lots of protein and a cup of spinach.

1 ½ cups milk
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1 cup fresh spinach
½ cup plain yogurt
½ banana
2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

Steps:

  • Combine milk, pineapple, spinach, yogurt, banana, coconut flakes, and ground flax seeds in a blender; blend until smooth.
