Tropical Fruit Salsa image

This is the only way I was able to get my Son to eat Fruit ... Hope it helps with some picky eaters out there..

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can(s) crushed pineapple (8 oz.)
1 slice banana , cut in quarters
1/2 c kiwi fruit , cut in quarters
1 small jalapeno , seeded , chopped
2 sprig(s) green onions , thinly sliced
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro , chopped
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Steps:

  • 1. combine : the undrained pineapple, banana, kiwifruit, red or green pepper, jalapeno, green onions, cilantro and lime juice in a medium mixing bowl and mix gently
  • 2. Serve with pita bread.
