- In a large bowl, combine the flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown., In another large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add the sugar and vanilla; mix well. Combine the malted milk powder, flour, baking soda and salt; add to egg mixture. Fold in the coconut and walnuts. , Spread over prepared crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack., In a small bowl, combine the frosting ingredients. Spread over cooled bars. Store in the refrigerator.
