1 cup evaporated milk
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Chopped walnuts, optional

Remove from the heat; stir in marshmallow creme, chips and remaining butter. , Transfer to a large bowl; cool to 110°. Beat on medium speed until smooth, about 5-7 minutes. Spread frosting between layers and over the top and sides of cake. Sprinkle with walnuts if desired.

Overall, I thought this was a good recipe. I would definitely make it again, but I would make a few adjustments to the ingredients and baking instructions.

The cake was a bit too crumbly. I would recommend adding some more eggs to the batter.

I thought the cake was a bit too dense. I would recommend using a different type of flour, such as cake flour or all-purpose flour.

The cake was a bit dry for my taste. I would recommend adding some extra moisture, such as milk or sour cream, to the batter.

I had some trouble getting the cake to rise properly. I think I might have overmixed the batter.

I found this recipe to be a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend reducing the amount of sugar in the cake batter.

I'm not a big fan of ganache, so I omitted it from the recipe. The cake was still delicious, but I think it would have been even better with the ganache.
