8 ounces frozen mixed berries
2 small bananas, cut into 2-inch pieces and frozen
6 ounces vanilla yogurt, preferably whole milk
1 cup whole milk
1 -2 tablespoon honey

Steps:

  • Add the berries, bananas, yogurt, milk and honey to a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
