Triple-Berry Cobbler image

Want to try a baked dessert using Betty Crocker™ muffin mix? Then check out this delicious cobbler featuring three types of berries.

3 cups fresh blackberries
3 cups fresh raspberries
3 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 box Betty Crocker™ Premium Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ muffin mix
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, mix berries, sugar and cornstarch. Spoon into baking dish. Bake uncovered 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir muffin mix, milk, oil and eggs just until blended. Spoon batter over hot filling. Sprinkle with streusel topping from muffin mix box.
  • Bake 25 minutes longer or until filling is bubbly and toothpick inserted in topping comes out clean. Serve warm.
