Steps:
- 1. Melt butter and pour into bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Combine flour, sugar, salt, b soda, and milk until smooth. Pour over melted butter. Mix the pie filling and pour over the top of the crust mixture; it will rise to the top as it cooks. Serve warm with icecream!!
