1 qt. (32-oz.) mayonnaise
5 dashes hot sauce
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vinegar
1 lb. Blue Cheese, crumbled

Steps:

Mix well and chill for several hours or overnight.
