This salad is easy to make and very tasty. I used a store-bought roasted red pepper and artichoke hearts, which saved me a lot of time. The dressing was also very flavorful. I will definitely be making this salad again.

This salad was a bit too oily for my taste, but otherwise it was very good. I think I would use less olive oil next time. The dressing was very flavorful and the tortellini was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be making this salad again.
