TORTELLINI CAESAR SALAD image

This is such a pretty salad. So easy to make. I will double the dressing and put it on our plates as we it.

Number Of Ingredients 10

19 oz frozen cheese tortelli
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 c milk
1/4 c shredded parmesancheese
1/3 c shredded parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 c torn romaine
1 c seasooned salad croutons
cherry tomatoes, halfed as many as you like

Steps:

  • 1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, milk, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, lemon juice and garlic. Drain tortellini and rinse in cold water; transfer to a large bowl. Add romaine and remaining Parmesan. Just before serving, drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Top with croutons and tomatoes if desired.
