This is a favorite traditional Filipino torta recipe baked during holidays and special occasions. These little cakes are so good, it's difficult to just have one.

Steps:
- 1. Cream oil & sugar.
- 2. Add eggs and beat until creamy.
- 3. Add flour alternately with milk then add vanilla.
- 4. Line muffin tins with muffin cups and bake for 20-25 min at 350 degrees (pre-heated oven)
- 5. Let the muffins cool completely and roll tops on sugar
- 6. Note: The tins I used are traditional muffin tins used for this recipe which can be purchased from Oriental stores.
