I made these torrijas in the air fryer and they were perfect! They were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.

I'm allergic to eggs, so I substituted the eggs in the recipe with a flax egg. The torrijas still turned out great!

These torrijas were a little too time-consuming for me to make on a weekday, but they would be perfect for a weekend brunch.

I used a brioche loaf to make my torrijas and they were amazing! The brioche added a richness and flavor to the dish that made it extra special.

I'm not a huge fan of cinnamon, so I omitted it from the recipe. The torrijas were still delicious, but I think they would have been even better with the cinnamon.

This was my first time making torrijas and they turned out great! I was a little worried that they would be too sweet, but they were actually just the right amount of sweetness.

These were the best torrijas I've ever had! The bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The cinnamon sugar coating was the perfect finishing touch.

My torrijas turned out a little too eggy for my taste, but I think that was because I used a little too much milk in the batter. Next time I will use a little less milk and see if that helps.

I love that this recipe uses stale bread. It's a great way to use up leftovers and it gives the torrijas a wonderful chewy texture.
