Nothing like eating this pie when made from freshly picked home grown blueberries!

Steps:
- 1. Bake frozen pie crust in oven for time listed on package and then let cool.
- 2. Mix 2 cups of blueberries with cornstarch, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook blueberry mixture in microwave for 3 minutes. Stir and then microwave for another 3 minutes until thickened.
- 3. Add 1 additional cup of blueberries to microwave blueberry mixture. Pour combined mixture into pre baked pie shell. My add chopped walnuts to top of pie.
- 4. Put pie in refrigerator to cool for an hour and then serve.
