TOM'S CHICKEN
Got this from a friend of mine a few years back,I use it quite often. He used it on a whole cut up chicken,but I prefer to get fresh boneless chicken breasts and cut them into chicken tenders. This is also very good on pork chops,fish,and other meat.

Steps:
- 1. Melt butter in a 9"x13" baking dish.
- 2. Put dry ingredients in a zip lock bag,mix together,add chicken a few pieces at a time,shake bag to coat.
- 3. Put in baking dish,place in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes,turn chicken over,bake another 20 minutes or until properly done.
