Tommy Bahama's Key Lime Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 1/2 c sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c egg yolks
1 c key lime juice
8 oz heavy cream

Steps:

  • 1. Place pie shell in oven and bake for 5 minutes. Shell should look golden brown. Let cool at room temperature. While the shell is cooling, mix the egg yolks and condensed milk together using a wire whip until incorporated.
